• Profile Evaluation
• University Shortlisting
• SOP & LOR Guidance
• Application Assistance
• Visa Guidance
• Accommodation Advice

We provide guidance based on current university and immigration policies. Final admission and visa decisions rest solely with the respective authorities.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and genuine information
• Submit required documents within deadlines
• Respond promptly to communication from our team
• Follow the application guidelines provided
• Attend scheduled consultations on time

3. Consultation Bookings

Free consultations are limited to the specified time (typically 20-30 minutes) and are subject to availability.

Paid one-to-one consultations require upfront booking. Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments and Refunds

For paid services:

• Fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule
• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has occurred
• Service packages are non-refundable once the application process has begun

Any exceptional refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. No Guarantee of Admission

Europath provides expert guidance to maximize your chances of success. However, we do not guarantee university admission, scholarship awards, or visa approvals.

These decisions are made independently by universities and consulates.

6. Intellectual Property
